Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Window

To support efficient order processing, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. Please contact THQC Furniture at (209) 434-8442 to cancel your order.


Order Verification and Payment Processing

After your order is placed, a THQC Furniture representative will contact you via email to confirm the order details.

  • Payment will be processed either upon your confirmation or 48 hours after order placement, whichever occurs first.

Cancellation Charges

  • Within 24 Hours:
    Full refund with no charges, unless the item is already in transit or stored in THQC Furniture’s warehouse.
  • After 24 Hours:
    A 3% processing fee applies to cover payment transaction costs.
  • If the Item Is in Transit, In Warehouse, or Ready for Delivery:
    A 70% refund will be issued to cover picking, handling, and processing costs. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • If the Item Is Not Yet Prepared for Delivery:
  • 97% refund if payment has already been processed.
  • 100% refund if payment is still pending.

Special Orders and Shipped Products

  • Backordered Items:
    If you choose to wait for a backordered item, your order becomes a non-cancelable special order.
  • Shipped Orders:
    Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled. A 30% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply if returned.

Merchant Delays

If THQC Furniture is unable to meet the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • A full refund minus a 3% processing fee is available if the item is not yet in transit.
  • A 70% refund will be provided if the item is already in transit.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or financial institution.


Merchandise Ownership

If a refund or chargeback is issued, ownership of the merchandise reverts to THQC Furniture.
You must return the item in its original condition and cooperate with the return process. Failure to do so may result in legal action.


Returns

THQC Furniture is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Email THQC Furniture to request an RMA.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or special order items
  • Mattresses, bedding, or linens
  • Individual sectional components
  • Cordless power accessories

Fees and Costs

  • Restocking Fee: 30% of the item’s cost
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping. THQC Furniture can coordinate pickup for an estimated $2.50 per pound.
  • Additional Charges: May apply for missing parts, refused deliveries, or incorrect delivery information.

Return Procedure

  • Returned items must be received by THQC Furniture within 20 days of RMA issuance.
  • All applicable restocking and shipping fees will be communicated in writing.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection by THQC Furniture or an authorized agent.

Conditions for Partial or No Refunds

A full refund may not be issued if:

  • The item is used, damaged, or altered
  • The original packaging is missing
  • The RMA number is not included
  • Damage occurs due to carrier mishandling (please file a claim with the carrier)
